The Work You’ll Get Involved InYou’ll be joining a highly collaborative structural engineering team working across a wide range of high‑value, highplexity projects, including:
1. Major university buildings and research facilities — taking inspiration from sector-leading schemes with prestigious institutions like the University of Nottingham and Warwick
2. State‑of‑the‑art office buildings — innovative workplaces that redefine how cities function.
3. Major healthcare new builds — large‑scale hospital and medical research facilities.
4. A uniquely challenging £20m religious temple project — culturally significant, technically intricate.
5. And much more across education, science, civic andmercial sectors.
This studio is known for delivering impactful, high‑profile schemes across the Midlands and beyond, drawing on a wide breadth of multidisciplinary expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
6. Designing structural solutions across steel, concrete, timber and hybrid systems.
7. Working closely with architects, MEP engineers and digital design teams.
8. Supporting delivery from concept through to site, gaining full lifecycle exposure.
9. Contributing fresh ideas and technical flair to large coordinated design teams.
What We’re Looking For
10. Circa 2–4 years’ experience within a structural engineering role in the UK
11. Strong technical grounding and a passion for solving challenging design problems.
12. Confidence working in a multidisciplinary environment.
13. Someone ambitious, collaborative and excited to work on schemes that shape cities.
