Office Administrator – Details:
1. £26,000 per year
2. Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (paid lunch break)
3. Salary increase after probation

Office Administrator – Responsibilities:
9. Manage orders, calls, emails, and delivery queries
10. Book shipments and liaise with warehouse, production, and transport teams
11. Update stock, dispatch lists, and key dashboards
12. Input data, generate reports (Excel/Google Sheets), and file documents
13. Handle export/compliance paperwork (e.g. health certificates, PODs)
14. Support with admin tasks and office supplies
15. Assist with projects and process improvements
16. Cover label printing and basic equipment handling during holidays
Office Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
