Factsheet Business and Data Analyst – Banking – London

My client is looking for a Factsheet Business & Data Analyst with over 10 years’ experience in Investment/Asset Management. The candidate must have subject matter expertise in Factsheets for SICAV funds in the EMEA Market, including their core components and requirements across fund management, marketing, and compliance.
You will be responsible for:
1. End to end data and text manufacturing for Factsheets for EMEA SICAV Funds in multiple EMEA jurisdictions, following a new global template.
2. Map data needs of the redesigned Factsheets to Distributions Logical Data Model, so that data teams can understand data interfacing needs at the attribute level.
3. Lead, plan and deliver data validation of high-volume fund data (including share class level) across key business data contexts such as performance, fund facts, holdings, breakdowns ( sector, country).
4. Lead, plan and deliver text needed, considering complex country share class registration and local compliance needs with disclosures, disclaimers and other pieces of text.
5. Lead and execute business review of final documents during the program’s text phase, and support implementation into production. High levels of precision communication and the ability to triage issues and navigate a complex organisation is required here.
The experience you bring:
6. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Factsheet Subject Matter Expertise/Business Analysis, preferably someone who has worked in Factsheet production and migrated to change and transformation, or consultant level who has delivered similar projects before.
7. Minimum 10 years of previous financials services/asset management industry experience
8. An expert communicator, who can understand the vision as set by the strategy and garner support and buy-in as they deliver and agree Factsheet redesign across the stakeholder community.
9. Experience performing data analysis and delivering data business requirements always with an eye on the end-product for our clients.
