Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager based in Kettering. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for key customer accounts that span multiple industries with varying flexible and flexi-hybrid HMI electronics requirements.
The KAM requires vast experience in developing and delivering strategic business plans, providing excellent customer service, and performing analytical tasks. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and growing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management strategies.
Qualifications
* Strong Account Management and Key Accounts background
* Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Previous experience in the electronics or related industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field beneficial
Based in Kettering, contracted hours of work are 08:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and Friday 08:30am start with an early finish at 2:30pm with 30 minutes lunch each day.
