Receptionist / Office Administrator

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £18,590 per annum

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 09:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday, 30‑minute lunch)


About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This is a great opportunity to work within a clean, professional office environment and become a key part of the day‑to‑day running of the business. This role is ideally suited to someone who is confident handling inbound calls and is looking for a stable, long‑term position.


Key Responsibilities

* Answering and handling inbound calls in a professional and confident manner
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
* General office administration duties
* Supporting the wider team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
* Maintaining an organised and efficient front‑of‑house function


Skills & Requirements

* Previous experience within a receptionist or office administration role
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a busy office environment
* Proactive and reliable approach
* Looking for a long‑term, permanent position


Pay & Benefits

* £18,590 per annum
* Part‑time hours (Monday to Friday)
* 18 days holiday and Bank Holidays
* 6% company pension contribution
