This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly/recently qualified accountant making their first move out of Audit. This will be a varied role and work across group; producing management accounts, technical accounting, with stakeholder engagement and a range of interesting projects.

Our client is a market leading UK Wide Organisation with a best in class finance function, based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities
* Support with group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations
* Key involvement in the year-end audit process, acting as the main contact for auditors
* Balance sheet reconciliations and review of financial controls and processes
* Support cashflow reporting and provide financial analysis where required
* Partner with operational teams to improve financial understanding and reporting
* Drive process improvements across reporting and controls
Profile
The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:
* ICAS/ACCA Newly-Qualifed
* Strong grounding in financial reporting and audit
* Exposure to multi-entity or group structures advantageous
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders
* Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
* Keen to make a first move into industry and develop commercially
