You will inherit a warm desk within the non-food FMCG industry, provided with a 13-week onboarding training plan with continuous support and external training programmes to enable you to grow your recruitment skills and develop the career you want.

Responsibilities:
* Leading the development of an established beauty/personal care or food recruitment desk.
* Building and maintaining senior-level client partnerships with key decision makers.
* Driving growth by identifying opportunities, shaping strategies, and delivering impactful outcomes for Consumer Goods clients.
* Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the Consumer Goods landscape.
* Take full job briefs and understand client requirements in detail.
* Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
* Manage the full recruitment process through to offer stage and onboarding process, including addressing any issues and ensuring smooth handovers.
* Conduct post-placement check-ins with candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
* A track record of success in recruitment, ideally within fmcg/manufacturing/retail industry.
* Passion/interest in the FMCG industry.
* A love for being on the phone and building relationships!
* Confident relationship builder who can influence senior stakeholders.
* Ambitious, with a drive to expand a region and grow accounts.
* A collaborative leader who invests in colleagues’ growth as well as their own.
* Strategic thinker who spots opportunities and knows how to convert them.
