Night Senior Care Assistant - Bracken House, Burntwood Bracken House Residential Home is a 34-bed Residential facility located in Burntwood, Staffordshire. We're looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Nexxus Care. In this role you'll provide hands on care for residents, while also supporting and guiding the care team alongside the management team. This is a 20hr contract, shift time is 10pm-8am, including alternate weekends. Why join us? Carry out staff supervisions, spot checks, and mentoring to support team development. Deliver and role model person-centred care, respecting residents’ choices and individuality. Promote independence for residents and encourage safe, appropriate risk-taking. Administer medication safely and in line with policies. Complete audits and maintain high standards of care within the home. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals to support holistic care.
