πŸ’° Basic Salary: Β£62,754 – Β£83,149 + Bonus

Our client is a globally recognised SaaS leader that empowers organisations to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. As their international business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to partner with some of their most strategic global customers.


This is more than a traditional Customer Success role. You'll become a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, helping customers achieve their goals while driving adoption, retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of approximately 50 key accounts.


🌟 What You'll Be Doing

βœ” Manage a book of 50+ of their largest and most strategic global Enterprise accounts

βœ” Guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal journeys

βœ” Leading complex renewal conversations and driving long-term customer retention

βœ” Delivering impactful business reviews and success plans that demonstrate value

βœ” Identifying growth opportunities and partnering closely with Sales to expand accounts

βœ” Developing account strategies and proactively managing customer risk

βœ” Acting as the voice of the customer internally to influence product and business decisions

βœ” Collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience


🎯 What We're Looking For

βœ… 8+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales

βœ… Strong experience within a SaaS environment

βœ… Experience managing a book of 50+ Enterprise Customer accounts

βœ… A track record of successfully managing and growing large customer portfolios

βœ… Confidence handling renewals, commercial discussions, and executive stakeholders

βœ… Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and discovery skills

βœ… A commercially minded, customer-first approach

βœ… Experience using Salesforce
