Supported Living Worker - CQC Accommodation Based
Location: Maryport, Cumbria
Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), working on a rota basis over 7 days
Salary: £12.86 per hour (£25,151 per annum) plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical shift as our Supported Living Worker
* Assist customers with practical daily tasks to promote independence, supporting their goals outlined in support plans.
* Support five adults with learning disabilities and/or autism requiring 24/7 support.
* Help with activities such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and progressing towards independent living.
* Support attendance at appointments, hobbies, college, or work.
* Assist with personal care and medication as specified in support plans.
* Conduct risk assessments, support planning, and regular reviews.
* Build rapport through conversations and social interactions, ensuring quality time with each customer.
You have
* A Level 2 qualification or higher in social care or willingness to work towards it.
* Passion for supporting others to live their best lives with attention to detail.
* Experience caring for others, whether professionally or personally.
* Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and demonstrate resilience.
* A flexible, customer-focused approach with good listening skills.
* Driving license is essential.
