We are looking for a Head Chef who is experienced in developing flavors as well as managing the paperwork side of the business for an event company that organizes events for some of the UK’s wealthiest families and corporations. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a small, independent company. Additional perks include:

What’s involved?
As a Head Chef, you will oversee the entire kitchen operation—from cooking and menu development to writing specifications for dishes to ensure perfection, and managing large teams of chefs during events to meet the company's standards.
A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

* Is comfortable working in the quieter winter months to focus on paperwork and development
* Can confidently lead a team of 15 chefs at a 300-cover event
* Has experience in flavor development to maximize dish quality
