As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our business — meeting customers in person, building relationships, and helping them find solutions that fit their needs. Whether it’s at events, or through business visits, you’ll create positive first impressions and close sales through great communication and trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with potential customers face-to-face to promote products and services
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Represent the company professionally at all times
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident speaking with people from all walks of life
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
* Experience in face-to-face sales, retail, or customer service (preferred)
* A positive attitude, professional presentation, and strong work ethic
* Full driving licence (if the role involves travel)
