The ideal Nursery Practitioner will
* Have experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery, early years, or similar setting
* Bring a nurturing, proactive, and engaging approach to every interaction
* Be confident supporting the EYFS curriculum in a fun and age-appropriate way
* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare
* Be reliable, flexible, and passionate about making a difference
