Overview

Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist – Adult ADHD Service

Are you a dedicated clinician looking to make a real difference in the lives of adults with ADHD? We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as an ADHD Triage Clinician, playing a pivotal role in the initial screening and triage process for individuals who are referred for ADHD assessment.


Responsibilities

* Screening: Reviewing, collating, and interpreting information to advance the patient journey.
* Triage: Conducting remote consultations, obtaining a history to determine referral urgency and priority.
* Patient support: Advising patients on ADHD, the referral process, and signposting to appropriate support.
* Collaboration: Liaising with external organisations to ensure safe patient care. Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical supervision, and the duty clinical function.
* Quality: Contributing to service quality development and improvement.


What We\'re Looking For

* Registered Nurse with relevant experience in mental health and a good understanding of ADHD.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to conduct remote consultations with professionalism and empathy.
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to work autonomously.
