Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only

Your Role
As an SEN Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the complex SEMH needs of all pupils.
* Supporting the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
* Monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure their needs are met.
* Supervising pupils during non-classroom times, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
* Building positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and foster positive learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Possess a strong educational background at degree level.
* Have previous successful teaching experience.
* Experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.
* Proficiency in behavior management techniques.
* Commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
