Key Accounts Advisor
Salary: £28,000 per annum – Location: Gillingham
We’re looking for a Key Accounts Advisor to join a growing and customer-focused team based in Gillingham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring a high level of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for allocated key accounts
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
* Handle enquiries, orders, and account queries efficiently and professionally
* Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth account management
* Resolve issues promptly and escalating where necessary
* Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an account management, customer service, or advisor role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
* A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with good problem‑solving skills
