A highly regarded construction consultancy based in Birmingham city centre, recognised for delivering major commercial and mixed-use construction developments, is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing project management team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to deliver significant construction schemes across Birmingham's rapidly expanding commercial district. This Project Manager position will see the Project Manager working on major commercial office construction, residential towers and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from £15m to £120m in value. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role. The 'Project Manager's' role The Project Manager will manage construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful construction delivery for developer clients.
