Are you passionate about beauty and skincare? Bring No7’s iconic brand to life as a No7 Advisor. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their skincare and beauty journeys, using world‑class science, on‑trend advice, and personalised consultations to build trust and drive sales.
Responsibilities
* Complete the 12‑month Skin School programme, earning a CIBTAC qualification.
* Deliver personalized skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools and technology.
* Explain the science behind No7 products and translate ingredients into clear customer benefits.
* Provide expert makeup advice, including shade matching, product demonstrations, and routine building.
* Drive sales and consistently achieve targets by promoting offers, innovations, and new launches.
* Build long‑term customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
* Collaborate with the broader Boots team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
* Maintain a beautifully presented counter that showcases the No7 range.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Genuine passion for skincare and makeup, with a desire to help others feel confident.
* Enjoy meeting sales targets and contributing to team commercial performance.
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about products and keep up to date with latest skincare and beauty trends.
* Passion for representing No7 and pride in its heritage and future.
* Previous experience working with customers (preferred).
* Experience applying skincare and beauty products on customers (preferred).

Work Hours & Conditions
* Permanent part‑time or full‑time role, with a basic commitment of 22.5 hours per week.
