About The Role Join CCS & Help Shape the Future of Renewable Energy! Job Purpose The Retrofit Coordinator will oversee project compliance with PAS2030 & PAS2035 standards, conduct site inspections, and ensure installations meet industry specifications.

The role involves design reviews, auditing, and working closely with operational teams and the PAS Compliance Manager to maintain quality and manage workflows effectively.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and ensure quality standards through assurance checks and adherence to building regulations.
Drive continuous improvement and compliance with CCS processes and quality standards.
Attend client meetings and briefings, engaging both internal teams and external contractors.
Collaborate with Retrofit Design and Surveying Managers to ensure compliant project delivery.
Provide training and ensure staff qualifications meet PAS standards.
Monitor and manage workflows using CRM systems for accurate data collection.
Work with the Retrofit Evaluator to oversee quality control and implement lessons learned.
Preferably a background in social housing programmes.
Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator certification or working towards this qualification.
Strong understanding of fabric installation and the built environment.
Experience working on social housing installation projects is advantageous.
A clean UK driving licence and DBS check are required.
You are flexible to meet business needs and actively work towards expanding your knowledge and developing your skills.
