How You'll Make An Impact
This is more than your typical Finance Business Partner role. You'll be a visible and proactive adviser to senior leadership, using your commercial acumen to drive results across a multi-site business. Your insight and analysis will directly impact project profitability, cashflow, fee generation and margin optimisation.
As Finance Business Partner, you'll:
* Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the South and UK Advisory teams
* Provide real-time commercial analysis, turning data into decisions
* Own and shape accounting approaches, standards, and controls
* Review project profitability, challenge assumptions, and support bids
* Deliver finance projects and support transformation programmes
* Partner with the UK Commercial Finance Director to improve internal finance services
* Hold business leaders accountable while fostering strong, collaborative relationships
* Support audits and contribute to a strong financial control environment

You're a commercially minded qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW) with experience of business partnering in a complex, multi-site business.
