Project Controller
Monitoring performance and analysing trends to identify improvement areas and support the development of key performance indicators.
Operating a project control system to track progress and identify programme performance issues.
Creating and maintaining project schedules.
Driving ownership of work scope tasks across the project team while managing scope changes and budgets, applying Earned Value Management techniques.
Taking on team leadership responsibilities when required.
Experience Required
* Operating project control systems, defining progress, and identifying performance issues.
* Creating and maintaining project schedules using relevant tools.
* Applying Earned Value Management techniques.
* Experience in risk, opportunity, and change management.
* Supervisory experience.
Desirable
* Leadership experience with previous management roles.
* Formal project management qualification such as APMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
You will join a highly motivated team within BAE Systems Air sector, supporting the delivery of the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) for the UK and collaborating across international partners on the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP).
