We are working with a well‑established, community‑focused housing organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Housing for an interim appointment. This senior leadership role will be responsible for delivering high‑quality housing management, factoring and welfare services, while driving performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a multi‑disciplinary Housing Team
* Deliver excellent housing, allocations, estate management and factoring services
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative standards
* Drive income maximisation, arrears management and void control
* Oversee customer engagement, complaints and satisfaction performance
* Contribute to strategy, business planning and performance reporting
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in housing management
* At least 3 years' management or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks
* Proven ability to improve performance and customer‑focused services
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, complex operational environment
Salary: £53,904- £61,598 DOE
