Description Your Role As Interim Executive Manager, Strategic projects, you will play a pivotal role in providing visionary and effective leadership across key organisational functions. Turning strategy into results by delivering high-quality, mission-aligned services and measurable community impact. You will work closely with the Executive team to ensure that operational practices support the organisation’s mission and strategic priorities, while fostering integration, innovation, and excellence in service delivery. Your key areas of responsibility will be Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Compliance and Policy Development. This role acts as a strategic partner to the CEO representing the organisation when required, including acting as CEO and participating in sector initiatives. Demonstrated success in operations management, quality assurance, and organisational development. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-site operations. Expertise in sector compliance, risk, and accreditation frameworks (e.g., NDIS, Child Protection). Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. E xperience working with Board of Directors and diverse stakeholder groups. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and change. Demonstrated experience in performance reporting, data analysis, and using evidence to drive service improvements. Strong financial literacy and experience managing complex budgets and funding sources.
