Are you an experienced bricklayer or multi-skilled tradesperson ready to give back to the industry that shaped your career? We’re offering a unique opportunity for a trade professional to step into a full time teaching role and help train the next generation of skilled workers. This is more than your standard job - it’s about passing on your expertise and making a lasting impact on young tradespeople. You’ll be working with learners who are eager to build their futures, and you’ll play a vital role in guiding them with the practical knowledge and real-world insight that only a professional with hands-on industry experience can provide. We’ll support you with the training and development you need to succeed in the classroom. As our Lecturer in Brickwork / Multi-Skills, you’ll deliver hands-on, high quality teaching and assessment in brickwork and multi-skills. You’ll help students set and achieve personal goals, track their progress, and ensure they’re equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive in the construction industry. You’ll also contribute to the development of course materials and ensure that all assessments are completed on time and to a high standard. This is your chance to make a real impact, not just on individual learners, but on the future of the trade itself. Why Make the Move to Teaching?
