Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support to teachers during lessons Assist pupils in Key Stages 3 & 4, particularly those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) such as autism and ADHD Support small group activities and supervise students Collaborate with the school’s Learning Support Team to monitor and report on progress Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Ensure high standards of safeguarding and student wellbeing Candidate Requirements: Enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with your application) Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) Minimum of * 5 GCSEs (A –C), including core subjects At least two references from recent roles Previous experience working with children or young people Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude Why Join Teaching Personnel?
