Account Manager Location: Contractor Services / Umbrella / Payroll

I'm working with a well-established organisation in the contractor services space, and they’re looking to add two Account Managers to their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and relationship-driven — someone who enjoys engaging with recruitment agencies, spotting opportunities to grow accounts, and making a real commercial impact.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of agencies, helping to onboard new partners, support contractors, and drive registrations. It’s not a cold-calling sales role – it’s more about building and maintaining strong agency relationships that lead to growth.
Providing feedback to agencies on contractor progress
Supporting both internal and field-based sales teams
Keeping CRM systems up to date
Attending relevant training and development sessions
Responding to agency and contractor queries via phone/email
Solid IT skills and CRM experience preferred
