- Startdate:TBC- Location: Natwest,Newtownards- Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week -hours worked between the hours of 08:00 -18:00- ProbityRequirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraudcheck will be completed. Now about the Job!

Youwill provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that ourcustomers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line withtheir own financial goals. You will receive all the tools you needto be able to do this role in your company lead Training and timein Grad Bay.

KeyResponsibilities

Atfirst point of contact, provide outstanding customer service andhelp the organisation to achieve itsgoals.

Educate customers in the different waysthey can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the rightservice options for their personalneeds

Accurately andcompliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing thecustomer with a seamless and positiveexperience

Take thecorrect actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customerneeds, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gapsare identified to ensure good customeroutcomes.

- We'll look to you to deliver excellent service to ourcustomers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at alltimes- You'll be educating customers inthe different ways they can do their banking and supporting them inchoosing the options that work best forthem- We're looking for adetail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes andprocedures, while providing each customer with a seamlessexperience

What you'lldo

In this role,you'll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide themwith accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisionson financial products and services. You'll hone your organisationalskills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversationswith planned customer meetings.

Your duties willinclude:

- Supporting the bank's way of working to help as manycustomers as possible- Maintaining relationships with colleagues in yourdepartment to support customers and maintain an awareness of thewider aims of the business- Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making surethat the relationship with the customer is fullyrestored- Ensuring each customerinteraction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs havebeen met.

The skills you'llneed

To join us in this role, you'll have experience ofworking in a customer service environment and managingrelationships with customers. You'll enjoy applying your excellentorganisational and time management skills to meet performancemeasures and customer needs.

We're also looking for you todemonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten- A background of working within aregulatory environment- Good technology skills with the ability to use MicrosoftOffice- A customer focusedattitude
