Duties
* Oversee day‑to‑day workshop activities to ensure smooth operations
* Manage and delegate tasks efficiently to technicians
* Monitor and meet productivity and efficiency targets
* Support front‑of‑house staff with customer interactions when required
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all workshop activities
* Ensure workshop meets manufacturer standards and conducts high‑quality repairs
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Technician or Diagnostic Technician within a main dealer setting
* Previous experience managing or leading a team of technicians
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Confident in a customer‑facing environment, with excellent communication skills
* Demonstrable knowledge of workshop processes and workshop management systems
* Reliable and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
