Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality personal care and support to service users in their homes.
* Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.
* Follow care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns.
* Promote independence and dignity for all service users.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
* Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have a means of transport. (Car, moped or bicycle).
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
* Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting when required.
* Must be available every other weekend.

7am-2pm, 9am-2pm, 4pm-10pm
