THE ROLE
The role of HSEQ coordinator is to support the HSEQ Team in ensuring the correct implementation of HSQE processes and initiatives. You will be a key player in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment and adherence to related statutory duties.
The role offers an opportunity to develop within the HSEQ Team and become a HSEQ Advisor in the future.
Responsibilities of a HSEQ Coordinator
* Support the administration of our policies and procedures to ensure our IMS remains compliant.
* Support the HSEQ Team with collating data to maintain HSEQ compliance across the business.
* Support in administrating our training portfolio to help keep our employees training up to date.
* Support with administration on audits and inspections.
* Maintaining Client records.
* Organise and participate in meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
* Support in the development and communication of HSEQ materials and initiatives.
As a rapidly growing business, no two days are ever the same so what you do will vary. The nature of our business and the pace we move at also means that priorities do change, and you will need to be comfortable with this.
