Your next role
We are currently recruiting 2 positions - 1 x full time permanent and 1 x part time 25 hours per week fixed term contract position. We are seeking 2 dedicated and experienced Business Administrators to work in our Learning and Development team. You will be working within a small team supporting all areas of the council with their training and development needs.
1. Day to day you will be responsible for all management of both internal and external courses as well as the administration of our Learning Management System.
2. You will need good communication and organisation skills as you will be coordinating a wide variety of training requests and processes from all areas of the business.
3. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in other areas within the team including apprenticeship coordination, work experience planning, e-learning creation and other HR projects.
4. Experience of coordinating training is preferable although not essential.
5. Communication skills and the ability to be flexible within the workplace and prioritise is essential as we work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
