Location: CM17 9NA (Harlow). Salary: Negotiable. Work Hours: 40 Hours per week. Contract: Permanent | Full time. JCA is a leading engineering and construction business. As a Package Manager, you'll oversee high-value, business-critical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and performance across all site operations. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, and is suited to experienced professionals ready to take ownership of complex engineering environments. Our aim is the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of technically demanding projects, maintaining JCA's reputation for excellence in environments where downtime is not an option.
Responsibilities
* As a Package Manager, oversee all aspects of on-site project delivery, including managing labour, materials, logistics, and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards while maintaining progress against programme timelines.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, provide reporting, and lead teams in live, high-spec environments such as data centres and healthcare facilities, where precision and performance are critical.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or higher in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience) Mechanical bias
* CITB SSSTS certificate (or an approved equivalent)
* IOSH Supervising Safely and a valid CSCS card relevant to the role (Black card desirable)
* First Aid at Work certification
* Full UK driving licence and proven experience managing similar high-spec, live-site projects
