Role:Validation Engineer MHEV System Required Technical Skill Set:INCA / Canalyzer / Corvus / Matlab / picoscope / MDA Desired Experience Range:5 12 Yrs Location: Birmingham (2 to 3days) Desired Competencies Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3 5)
* Engineering knowledge of ICE/MHEV propulsion systems / integration experience
* Base overview of Hybrid & Electric Vehicle propulsion systems
* A working knowledge of electrical engineering and battery technology including system interactions
* Powertrain system & technical issue management experience
* Experience of working in engineering facilities, rig environments and vehicle testing
* User of diagnostic / data analysis tools: INCA / Canalyzer / Corvus / Matlab / picoscope / MDA
* Experienced in solving complex technical issues using a structured approach, using Six Sigma or similar processes
* Experience applying a Systems Engineering approach
* Ability to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships, working collaboratively across commodities, domains, and functions
* A full UK Driving Licence / JLR Class 2 or equivalent
* JLR Class 3PG driving permit
* Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
* Experience of JIRA
