About The Role:

As part of our continued growth, we are excited to introduce a new role for an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR is an excellent opportunity to shape and lead recruitment activities across the Europe region, with a primary focus on the UK. You will play a key role in driving proactive talent acquisition strategies across our core business functions – engineering, operations, sales, and business development – as well as supporting recruitment for site leadership roles. Working closely with local HR leads and hiring managers across the region, you will be pivotal in improving time to hire, enhancing the candidate experience, and reducing agency spend through direct sourcing and talent pipelining initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong partnerships, raising employer brand presence, and helping us attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

1. Partnering with site HR leads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.

2. Managing end-to-end recruitment for key roles across the UK and Europe, with a primary focus on UK vacancies.

3. Finalising and posting job descriptions, screening applications, conducting first-stage interviews, and coordinating interview logistics.

4. Championing and developing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and building our employer brand on social media and digital platforms.

5. Holding and managing the LinkedIn Recruiter seat for the region, developing a strategy to maximise its use for talent attraction and pipeline building.

6. Providing expert guidance and training on our ATS system (iCIMS) to hiring managers and HR colleagues, ensuring best practice usage and accurate data tracking.

7. Reviewing and streamlining preferred supplier lists and standardising recruitment agency terms and conditions across the region.

8. Enhancing the candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and supporting smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR leads.

9. Attending job fairs, site visits, and recruitment events to promote our organisation and connect with talent.

10. Collaborating with internal communications and external marketing teams to align recruitment messaging and outreach activities.

11. Offering flexible availability to contact candidates during evenings when necessary

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

What We Look For:

13. Proven experience in an internal recruitment or external talent acquisition role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

14. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement best practices.

15. Experience recruiting for roles in engineering, operations, sales, and business development.

16. Demonstrated experience building and managing talent pipelines and using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.

17. Knowledge of ATS platforms (iCIMS experience highly preferred), with the ability to coach others on system use.

18. A strategic mindset with the ability to think ahead while delivering on tactical day-to-day recruitment needs.

19. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – able to influence, collaborate, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

20. A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience and driving recruitment excellence.

21. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred).

22. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirable but not essential

Our Recruitment Process:

Initially we will reach out to you for an informal conversation about the role. This will allow you the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about TT, our site and our team. It will also give us the chance to learn more about you and your experience to date. At this point both parties have the opportunity to decide if they would like to continue with the process.

Formal Interviews will be held on site and include a tour, ideally w/c 11 August 2025

Due to the specific projects TT Electronics supports we are unable to sponsor work visas. Candidates will be required to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard Clearance

Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre and during employment drug and alcohol testing.
