Our client, a respected and expanding insurance brokerage, is seeking a confident and knowledgeable Commercial Account Handler to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong insurance experience to work with a loyal portfolio of clients, managing and maintaining relationships while ensuring their commercial insurance needs are fully met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handling all aspects of their insurance requirements.
* Provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial insurance products.
* Process renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and professional communication.
* Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate the best terms.
* Ensure all documentation and systems are accurately updated.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience working in a Commercial Account Handler or similar insurance role.
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
