About the Team
We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.

Typical roles that we hire, ranging from early careers to Principal Engineer level, include:
* Simulation Development Engineers
* Simulation & Control Engineers

What you'll typically work on:
* Developing and enhancing real-time simulation software and tools
* Designing and implementing control systems for high-performance motion platforms
* Running full system simulations to evaluate hardware/software integration
* Supporting simulator commissioning, testing, calibration, and optimisation
* Working hands-on with the systems to ensure peak performance
What we look for
* A strong foundation in control engineering, physics-based simulation, or real-time systems
* Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, C++, or Python
* Experience or interest in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, or similar high-performance domains
* Team players with a proactive, can-do attitude and a drive to push technical boundaries
