What you will do:
* Deliver safe and timely front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate.
* Assist with triaging and help reduce duplication between health and social care, aiming to cut down occupational therapy waiting lists.
* Support external care providers ensuring the accurate and safe performance of moving and handling tasks.
* Review care packages to assure best value and optimal use of equipment for Adult Social Care.
* Conduct assessments and plan double-handed care packages for efficient service delivery.
* Provide mutual aid to other occupational therapy areas as necessary.
* Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evaluations across the directorate.
Requirements:
* Must hold an HCPC registration, ensuring professional standards are met.
* A valid UK driving licence is essential as it empowers you to reach clients in various locations efficiently.
