DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER – MATERNITY COVER

As one of the UKs leading homecare brands, with a strong reputation for innovation and quality, Minky Homecare are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our successful social medial marketing team for a maternity leave period.
This role is central to driving brand leadership across Minky Homecare Social Media platforms through creative excellence, communication strategy and campaign delivery.
You will be responsible for:
•Development and implementation of annual Social Media plans for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn
•Liaising with the Marketing team to create key product launch activity
•Overseeing the success of the Minky Brand Ambassador program
•Managing paid influencer activity and media agencies
•Networking and relationship building with collaborative brands
•Email marketing campaigns to drive sales growth on Minky web
•Assisting in TikTok live events
•Increasing followers on all organic social channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
•Briefing our in house Graphic Design and photography team to develop and create exciting content
•Scheduling posts accurately and monitoring engagement
•Reporting and analysis of social activity and email campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
•Marketing/Business Degree 2:1
•Ability to collaborate well and bring a positive energy to the team
•3 years+ experience in social media with another leading brand, retailer or Digital Marketing Agency
•Creative, with a strong attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Full UK driving licence desired but not essential
•Experience in the following areas is desirable:
* Organic social media
* Social media advertising (primarily Facebook / Instagram)
* Email marketing
* Influencer relationships
* Powerpoint and Excel
