About the Job We are looking for two Reward Specialists to join the Global People team in newly created roles, reporting into the Reward & Systems Senior Manager. There is one permanent role, and one 24 month fixed term role. The Reward Specialists will support the Reward team in delivering operational requirements whilst providing advice and support to key internal stakeholders. The Reward Specialists will be responsible for the analysis of internal pay structures, conducting external benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with reward policies and governance. Collaborating with People Leadership, the Reward Specialists provide insights to support talent attraction, retention, and motivation through the lens of Total Reward. The Reward Specialists will support with all cyclical Reward activity, including job evaluation methodology, the annual pay review cycle, management of incentive schemes, and external survey submissions. The Reward Specialists will maintain an overview of the IB’s global benefit offering, and partner with regional People teams to provide support during key activities in the benefit cycle. Additionally, the Reward Specialists will work alongside the HR Information System & Insights Specialist to deliver internal pay-related data submissions, and are responsible for the maintenance of robust data relating to staff costs. Responsibilities Works with the Reward Manager to support the implementation of the IB Total Reward Strategy. Contributes to the job evaluation process, responsible for ensuring that accurate records of evaluated roles are kept up to date. Assists the Reward Manager with the modelling of the annual pay review exercise, including salary uplift modelling and variable pay payouts. Responsible for all external benchmarking and benefit survey submissions, utilising strong data manipulation skills to produce and verify data prior to submitting to benchmarking suppliers. Develops the IB’s reporting capability in relation to existing Gender Pay Gap legislation and upcoming legislative requirements in our regions of operation. Executes benefits benchmarking to review and harmonize benefits package across global centres. Supports Regional People teams with cyclical benefit activities. Responsible for the periodic review of international hire packages. Superuser for compensation HR Information System processes. Runs regular audits of Reward-related data held in the HR Information System Supports the annual workforce planning exercise for budgeting. Supports stakeholders with ad-hoc Reward-related queries and activities as required. Assists with external supplier management including quarterly reviews and invoicing, connecting with Procurement to support supplier renewals as required. Documents all Reward-related processes and maintains a process guide library. Qualifications About You Experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Advantageous to have experience in a global context, which could include working internationally or in a global organization. Experience of job evaluation methods Experience of salary benchmarking and survey submission Experience in other operational domains of HR (such as HR systems/data or Administrative teams) is a benefit. Strong data analytics and attention to detail Intellectual curiosity and creativity Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel – experience with pivots, lookups and other intermediate level formulas is essential. Working knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Phyton, Power BI is advantageous. Good planning and organizational skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines, with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. In addition to your salary, we offer an attractive range of regional benefits including: For Netherlands employees: Annual Salary in the region of EUR 55,471 - 69,339 (negotiable dependent on experience). 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, plus opportunity to purchase up to 5 days of leave each year. Flexible benefits allowance equivalent to 1.5% of Annual Salary to spend on benefits or as addition to salary. Flexible working (core hours are 10am-3.30pm), 40 hours per week. Bicycle scheme.
