welcome. We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Front-of-House
Supervisor to join our team.

What you’ll be doing
* Supervising
and motivating the front-of-house team during service
* Ensuring
smooth and efficient operation of your section and the wider restaurant
* Delivering
relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
* Sharing
expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
* Anticipating
guest needs and providing thoughtful, confident recommendations
* Supporting
and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills
* Liaising
closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
* Upholding
the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times
* Assisting
management with daily operational tasks, including staff scheduling and
training
What we’re looking for
* A
friendly, positive attitude with a natural sense of hospitality
* Previous
front-of-house experience with confidence leading a team
* A
genuine interest in food, wine, and seafood
* Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with guests and
colleagues
* A
team player who thrives in a busy, professional environment
* Someone
who leads by example, inspires their team, and takes pride in exceptional
service
