We are looking to appoint a proactive and strategic National Residential Field Manager to lead and support our Field Operations on a national scale. In this role, you will help shape our field performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant service. This is a key leadership position where you will influence operational direction, drive residential performance, and support the development of a high-performing field team. What you will be doing: In this role, you will: Review field activities and develop strategies to maximise customer visits and deliver a cost-effective service, with a particular focus on residential clients. Analyse field performance using internal and external data, setting targets and incentives, and monitoring trends. Ensure all field agents are fully trained and compliant in the use of Voice Agent Recording Software (VARS) and Body Worn Video (BWV) where required. Produce weekly commercial forecasts, SLA/KPI performance reports, and wider management information to support operational decisions. Provide detailed performance insights to the Director of Field Operations and participate in client meetings and conference calls. Build strong, collaborative working relationships across field and office teams. Support the Director of Field with a range of activities including client onboarding, MI preparation, addressing client issues, coordinating with Regional Managers, and managing agent performance. Lead initiatives such as national agent incentives, newsletters, performance league tables, and training programmes. Monitor compliance (including DPA and FCA), manage agent complaints, and contribute to system/app testing and development.
