Division CFO, Trilogy (Remote) - $400,000/year USD. This is a full-time, long-term remote leadership role. What You Will Be Doing
Design and implement a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure supporting multiple education ventures through hypergrowth, maximizing scalability and impact. Author strategic design decisions to revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes. Provide expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues. Engage in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence. Orchestrate large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance. What You Won’t Be Doing
Overseeing an extensive finance department. Micromanaging monthly closing procedures or transaction approvals. Settling for out-of-the-box ERP solutions. Pushing essential tasks downward—this position exemplifies hands-on leadership. Operating in a predictable, unchanging environment; we are in rapid innovation and scaling mode. Division CFO Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases, eliminating inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact. Basic Requirements
Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA). Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions with demonstrable advancement (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or equivalent). Proven track record in executive finance leadership with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions. Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting. Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity structures. Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English for effective executive-level engagement. Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education frameworks (private schools, charter systems, ESA programs). Track record of developing finance automation solutions or AI-enhanced workflows. Experience in financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions. About Trilogy

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
