We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to efficiently manage the rosters of our front-line domiciliary carers in the Oldham area.
The role is based in Oldham but the candidate will require knowledge of the surrounding areas.
We are searching for experienced individuals who possess dynamism and a passion for problem-solving.
Pay Rates:
1. £25,000.00
2. Out of hours shift premium payments - £20 M-F & £160 weekends
3. Competitive care rates for work outside of norma salaried hours
4. 45p tax free mileage rate
Shifts:
5. Monday to Friday – 9am - 5pm
6. You will also be expected to provide support for our out-of-hours on-call service.

Requirements:
18. Previous experience in the care industry is essential.
19. Previous experience with rostering and planning work schedules is highly desirable.
20. Clean and valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
21. Proficient in collaborative teamwork, supporting a growing branch team.
22. Demonstrates a positive and dependable demeanour, coupled with a compassionate outlook.
23. Displays outstanding communication capabilities.
24. The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships at all levels.
25. Skilled in system navigation and possesses a solutions-driven approach.
26. Meticulous attention to detail.
27. Experience in care coordination would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
28. Coordinating the schedules of our front-line workforce.
29. Cultivating strong relationships with both care staff and clients.
30. Managing our in-house care scheduling system.
31. Conducting outbound communication with staff, clients, and external healthcare professionals.
32. Collaborating with the branch team to deliver exceptional care.
