About the Role
As a Class Teacher, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a love of learning in your pupils. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment where all children can achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to inform teaching and learning
3. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
4. Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and leadership teams
5. Contribute to the wider life of the school and Trust
6. Build strong relationships with parents and carers
What We’re Looking For
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
9. Strong classroom management and organisational skills
10. The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire pupils of all abilities
11. A commitment to inclusive practice and pupil wellbeing
12. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
