Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will create a positive classroom environment where children feel motivated, confident, and supported in reaching their full potential. As a Primary Teacher, you will: Deliver creative, interactive, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum. Support pupils’ academic progress, social development, and wellbeing. Establish a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Use effective classroom management strategies to encourage positive behaviour. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff. Requirements for Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Experience teaching in primary schools. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated approach to teaching. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
