The Best Connection are recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join our client in Walsall
The Best Connection is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to support our clients finance team with key tasks in a fast-paced environment. This will be a temp role for 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately code remittances by matching invoice numbers to accounts.
* Save remittances under the correct value/account in the Credit Control WFH folder.
* Chase missing remittances via standard customer emails and log updates for allocation.
* Assist with new customer set-up processes.
* Handle ad hoc requests such as issuing copy invoices, name changes, and statement requests.
* Maintain same-day remittance processing to support cash posting the following morning.
What We're Looking For:
* Ideally some credit control or finance admin experience (though not essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A proactive approach to following up with customers.
