As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.

Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
