We are currently looking for Mobile Maintenance Electrician with building services experience to join the team, covering multiple sites within Gloucester, Swindon & Oxford. The Salary for the role is competitive.
Role summary:
Electrical Engineer to carry out the PPM and Reactive activities in accordance with our contractual agreements.
Day to day duties for this role include but are not limited to;
1. To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company’s PPM and task schedules
2. Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner
3. Produce technical and situational reports as required
4. Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can always be compliant with its contractual obligations
5. Always carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive manner
6. To communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients always
7. Writing activity reports in line with Company procedures accurately and timely
8. Proactively assisting the management team to produce quotations by giving accurate and good quality information where extra works are identified
9. Attending team meetings/briefings as always requested
10. To provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on time
11. To ensure that the Company is always presented in a good light
12. To escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.
13. To manage Integral sub-contractors whilst working on site
14. Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
15. C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation
16. C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3
17. Test & Inspection
18. 18th edition certificate
19. Basic plumbing skills
20. Strong Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience
21. Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
22. Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required
23. Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities
24. Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and participate in a call out rota.
25. Have good communication and organisation skills
26. Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
27. Ability to work on own or as part of a team
Salary: To be discussed at interview
Working hours : Mon-day standard working hours
