About the role
This is a mid-level role within the Client Services function. The role requires the Client Services Executive to demonstrate a good level of experience in working within the Communications sector.
The Client Services Executive is responsible for leading service provision to key clients utilising specific products, services and resources in line with contractual service level agreements. For CDS Print Services this will typically consist of Outbound Communications, Transactional Print and Print Management.
Client Services Executives ensure high levels of client satisfaction are achieved on the core services we deliver, taking accountability for customer experience and enabling CDS Print Services to develop and retain key client accounts.
A Client Services Executive must partner and collaborate effectively with the broader CDS Print Services teams to manage conflicting interests and deadlines, balancing high volume, lower value transaction business that is fundamental key strategic revenue for CDS Print Services; providing high levels of service both internally to the account management group and externally to clients utilising all resources available in an effective and efficient manner.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the key point of contact for client communications and project briefs
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality output
* Manage day-to-day client needs, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery
* Attend client meetings to review performance and explore opportunities
* Analyse service data and identify areas for improvement
* Contribute to the ongoing success of client relationships and CDS Print Service’s strategic growth
What You'll Demonstrate
* Previous experience in Print Management or Print Based Industry
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident working with data, Microsoft Office, and problem-solving on the go
* A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and client-focused mindset
