We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Greenacres Care Home in Hatfield. This modern, 60‑bed home, set in a peaceful residential area, is purpose‑built to help residents live as independently as possible. With a Good CQC rating in all areas, Greenacres is ready for a leader who can take it even further.
What we’re looking for:
* Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
* Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
* Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
* Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
* Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
* Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
* Above all, a compassionate, forward‑thinking approach to care
